Holden Capriotti is the President of Cotti Foods, a third-generation family-owned restaurant franchise group. With 20 years of experience in the business, he began his career at Cotti Foods right out of high school, learning the intricacies of the industry while pursuing his education. Today, he leads the company in operating 124 Wendy’s restaurants across California, Hawaii, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas.
A strong advocate for franchisee leadership and development, Holden has served on the Next-Gen Council and Wendy’s Technology Advisory Council (WTAC), helping shape the future of the brand. His passion for operational excellence and strategic growth has played a key role in Cotti Foods’ continued success.
Holden earned his MBA from the University of Southern California. Beyond his professional commitments, he is an active member of his community, serving as a dedicated volunteer soccer coach. Coaching young players, including his own children, is one of his greatest passions.
Holden has been married to his wife, Katie, since 2012, and they have three children together.
