John Mulvihill

VP of Canadian Supply Chain

John is the Vice President of Wendy’s QSCC Canada. He joined QSCC in 2013 and has demonstrated leadership in various operations and procurement roles within the organization. John leads an amazing team of professionals, dedicated to serving Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada operators by assuring supply requirements and achieving operational and cost efficiencies. Additionally, John and his team have instilled confidence in the Wendy’s Canada system through their track record of strategic and tactical excellence, supplier collaboration, leadership in ESG, and enabling the Canadian system for growth.

John is an industry leader who has led progressive supply chain responsibilities for top-tier Canadian companies, including Indigo and Loblaw Companies Limited. In 2019, John took a six-month sabbatical from QSCC to pioneer a regulated supply chain structure in the Canadian cannabis industry before returning to his QSCC home. John serves as a Board Member for GS1 Canada’s Foodservice Sector Board, where he is committed to leading ongoing technology and process advancements to ensure the safe, traceable movement of the restaurant supply chain for Canadians.

Committed to leading the values and mission our founder has instilled in us, John proudly serves the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption Canada as Board Chair. The work of this amazing organization finds forever homes for children in foster care across Canada.

John is currently an Executive MBA Candidate in Global Leadership at the University of Fredericton. He also holds an Honours Degree from Trent University and a post-graduate diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from the Ontario Institute of the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada.

John and his wife, Andrea, live in Buckhorn, Ontario. They enjoy traveling the world, attending concerts, cooking, and spending time outdoors with their best friend, their senior mini-dachshund, Cadbury. John may be the biggest Cleveland Guardians fan in Canada and loves to cheer on his team, even in Blue Jay country!
